Meet Matt

Matt is a uniquely collaborative writer, director, producer and educator. In 2007 he founded Black Box, now known as Northern, NJ’s “incubator” for new and under-produced plays in collaboration with new voices and world-class writers or their Estates. The company also brings live performances featuring national headliners and upcoming music and comedy artists to various venues in the area. And Black Box Studios has nurtured the talents of kids, teens, and adults in a variety of long-running school programs and evening workshops in improv, acting, voice, and more.
